St. Joseph’s Hill SS (SJHSS) is a Catholic founded school under the Priests and Brothers of the Congregation of Holy Cross, operating in Kyarusozi Catholic Parish, Fort Portal Diocese The school was established in 1996 under the center Reg. No. U1493. St. Joseph’s Hill Secondary School is located at Kyembogo in Kyarusozi sub-county, Kyenjojo District 231Km from Rugombe trading center on the Mubende Fort Portal highway.

Academic Excellence:
Since its founding in 1996, St. Joseph’s Hill S.S.S has consistently excelled in both Ordinary and Advanced Levels. In 2023, the school ranked second in Kyenjojo District and third in the Rwenzori Region.
All Advanced Level students achieved two principal passes, and many Ordinary Level candidates earned first and second grades. Several graduates secure government sponsorships for university education.
